Kevin Jin

Kevin Jin is a clarinetist based in Rochester, New York. Kevin has performed with the Georgia Symphony Orchestra, New York State Ballet Orchestra, and Orchestre de la Francophonie and has performed in several masterclasses by Mark Nuccio, Burt Hara, and others. Kevin also performs regularly with the Eastman School of Music’s large ensembles, performing numerous masterworks under Dr. Mark Scatterday and Maestro Neil Varone. Alongside his orchestral experience, Kevin has extensive chamber music experience, having performed with a woodwind quintet during his summers at Interlochen and with his former woodwind quintet and piano trio at the Eastman School of Music. Growing up in Atlanta, Georgia, Kevin studied with Dr. Justin Stanley before going on to study for his Bachelor of Music degree in clarinet performance from the Eastman School of Music. As a D. Stanley Hasty and John D. Haldane, Jr. scholarship recipient, Kevin currently studies under Michael Wayne.
