Daniela Garcia

Daniela Garcia is originally from Rio Grande City, Texas, and she began playing horn at the age of 11. Daniela discovered her passion for horn throughout her high school career, when she performed in the Texas Music Educators Association All-State Sinfonietta Orchestra, Symphonic Band, and Symphony Orchestra. Daniela is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Music degree in music education at The University of Texas at Austin under Patrick Hughes. Daniela has gained substantial performance experience through the University of Texas Symphony Orchestra and University of Texas Wind Ensemble, with which she has performed in Carnegie Hall. Daniela is also an active educator in Austin, Texas, as she equally enjoys teaching as she does performing.
