Wendi Li

Violinist, Wendi Li, started playing the instrument at age 5, studying with a local teacher in Weinan, China. Her talent was soon discovered, and she entered the Xi'an Music Conservatory affiliated middle school as a full term student. She later became the concertmaster of the Xi'an Conservatory Youth Orchestra. She currently studies at the Indiana University Jacobs School of Music under Pacifica Quartet's first violinist, Simin Ganatra, and Wendi is becoming one of the school's most sought after chamber musicians. She has appeared in many different school chamber music cocnerts. In 2022, Wendi attended Brevard Music Center where she acted as Concertmaster for Brevard Sinfonia Orchestra.
