Originally from Ottawa, Canada, Delia Li, violinist, is a first year masters student at the Indiana University Jacobs School of Music studying with Alex Kerr. This past fall, Delia was concertmaster of the Indiana University Concert Orchestra. She attended the National Youth Orchestra of Canada's online program during 2020, and has gone to the Orford Music Festival and Domaine Forget Academy for several summers. Delia is currently a substitute orchestra member for the Indianapolis Symphony and the National Arts Centre Orchestra in Ottawa.
Delia loves recording at home, adding violin onto film score tracks, and collaborating with artists and producers. Exploring genres and various kinds of music through recording has been a creative delight. In her spare time, she plays ultimate frisbee and competes with Indiana University's Calamity Janes Ultimate club team.
