Michael Adcock

Mr. Adcock earned his bachelor's of music at Oberlin College Conservatory (Pi Kappa Lambda) and his master's of music, artist's diploma and D.M.A. from Peabody Conservatory. He was a student of Leon Fleisher and Ellen Mack. Mr. Adcock won the 1998 Lili Boulanger Memorial Award. He was also a prizewinner at The Kosciuszko and Washington International Competitions. His Carnegie Recital Hall debut was in 1998. Mr. Adcock has served on the theory and chamber music faculty at Peabody Conservatory, was an artist-in-residence at Aspen and was on the faculty at Washington Conservatory.
